My approach
I combine product strategy with a deep UX background and a Cognitive Psychology M.A., so I look at both the decision and the person on the other side of it. I ask the uncomfortable questions early, I care more about the right call than a tidy deliverable, and I stay close enough to the work to be useful, not just advisory.
Whether the engagement is a product strategy, a mentoring relationship or a keynote, the job is the same: turn something fuzzy into something clear that people can act on.
